Off this open-plan area is another room housing a further sofa, armchair and TV, and a dining suite for 5. Games and books are provided for your entertainment. The main bedroom contains a Queen bed and TV. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk (one double and 1 single) while the family bathroom provides a shower, toilet and vanity. There are also laundry facilities for your convenience. Wander to the beach in the day and enjoy the local famous eateries at night. Every water sport is at your fingertips in the crystal clear waters of Mollymook. Beautiful walks, golf and mountain biking are also popular local pursuits. It is situated on the downstairs level of a residential property with a permanent resident. - 3 TVs, Netflix enabled, WiFi, parking included.
