Beachcomber is a beautiful modern upmarket holiday home that offers loads of natural light throughout, bringing about instant cheer when you walk in! The house is beautifully presented with fresh modern seaside tones and added extras for your comfort such as the gas log fireplace, outdoor shower and stylish outdoor furniture. Beachcomber has free (reasonable use) wifi. Nespresso Coffee Machine available, starting supply of pods provided. It has 3 bedrooms - 2 x queen sized beds and the 3rd bedroom has a set of bunks with (1 x double on the bottom, 1 x single on top), plus a trundle, sleeping 8. All the bedrooms have R/C air conditioners. An additional cosy sitting area with couch and TV are upstairs the main bedroom also has a TV. Bedlinen and bath towels are included in the tariff. The main living area is open plan to the dining and large gourmet kitchen with sliding glass doors to the back garden and BBQ area, there is also a small tv/sitting room upstairs. The main bedroom has a TV and an ensuite and the main bathroom has a bath with separate shower and toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer and there is a powder room as well. The driveway provides access to a double lock up garage. There is an outdoor shower at the front of the property so you can wash the sand off after your beach morning walk. LINEN: Beautiful linen and towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels. CAN YOU BRING PETS: No. We love fur babies, but this property does NOT permit pets. *Deposit or full payment is processed once booking is confirmed. Located on the bike track an easy ride into Queenscliff or the main Pt Lonsdale shopping village and cafes in the main street or a longer walk into Queenscliff. Beachcomber is a 2 storey dual occupancy property with loads of privacy - it is at the back of the property and separated via large double lock up garages. This breezy beach house is located within 50m of the popular Phipp's Beach in Pt Lonsdale.
