WHEN YOU ONLY USE ONE ROOM THE OTHER ROOM REMAINS CLOSED AND NO OTHER GUESTS ARE BOOKED IN TO THE VILLA. IT REMAINS EXCLUSIVELY YOURS.Downstairs there is a very large fully equipped kitchen plus a spacious lounge room which boosts a fireplace and a large flat screen TV (with netflix) and comfortable seating. All the amenities that you would have in your own home. A light continental breakfast is provided as a starter. Off street parking is available for four cars and only a matter of meters from the well lit walkway leading to the front door. On the back deck there is a hot tub, sauna, and toilet.
