Thanks for considering the Bellingen Treehouse. The rustic property is located on the north side of Bellingen and has views to the Great Dividing Range. It is called the Treehouse as it is a house in the trees! It is very quiet, with no through traffic. Pets welcome! The room, with the king-size bed, is at the front of the house and has a kitchenette with everything you need for an overnight or longer stay. The room, entry & verandah are completely private. It's an excellent base for your visit to Bello! What makes this space special is that you are surrounded by trees (up close, too) in an urban area. The bed is big and comfy with a woollen under blanket. It is a timber house and made with love. It is a great place to relax, work, sleep, read, listen, watch and eat. For your enjoyment, there's a very quiet living space, a TV with all of the free-to-air channels, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV Plus, Paramount Plus, Tubi and Samsung TV Plus . You can also do some solid work here with fibre-to-the-premises NBN with 1GBps down and 50 MBps up. There is an air conditioner in the room. There's a great selection of cafes, restaurants and bars in Bello. It is a 15-minute walk to town and the river. There's also the Bellingen Provodore 'on the way home', open 7 am to 8 pm and great for meals, snacks, treats and booze. I am pet friendly and my Bull Arab boy, Rocky, is here but separate from you. He is friendly, affectionate and well-behaved. The property has 24-hour access with keyless entry. During your stay, you have access to your room, the patio, the bathroom, the toilet and the washing machine. The bathroom and toilet are shared with me, and there's a system in place to ensure privacy. I (the owner, Andrew) may be on-site, but in another part of the house.
