Set on 25 acres of beautiful gardens, Beltana Villas offer self-contained accommodation with a private balcony overlooking the gardens, dams, vineyards and mountains. Each villa offers a fireplace. The villas offer comfortable furnishings, a well equipped kitchen and a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV. Each villa has it's own BBQ on their deck. Beltana Villas Pokolbin are 15 minutes’ drive from central Pokolbin and the Hunter Valley Gardens. Cessnock Airport is a 20-minute drive away. There are 3 popular golf courses within 15 minutes' drive. Transfers can be arranged to and from nearby concert venues.

Perched on a hill, our villas boast spectacular views of neighbouring vineyards, tranquil dams, and the beautiful mountain ranges that surround us. Feel the warmth and coziness as you step into each villa, complete with reverse cycle air conditioning and a Masport wood fire, ensuring your comfort during the winter months. Recently, we've added a beautiful pool and heated spa, surrounded by a fragrant rose hedge and lavender plantings. One of the highlights is the frequent visits from local kangaroo mobs, creating a unique wildlife experience for our guests who can safely enjoy observing them from their private balconies.
