This is a perfect home located lakeside in berwick springs, very large private space with a view directly to the lake, the owner of the house is an artist who shares wonderful art with you! This house offers fitness area, art appreciation area, scenic terrace area, garden balcony area, 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, TV fully equipped!
