Guests must be 23+ unless part of a family group. Strict no-party and noise policies apply. Maximum guests are those booked. One set of linen and bath towels per guest provided; pool/beach towels are BYO. Access codes are provided just prior to check-in time on the day of arrival. See your check-in email for full instructions. Only 1 set of keys will be provided. Please contact us 48 hours prior to your arrival if you would like a second set of keys. 2 day kitchen starter pack included (tea/coffee/sugar/oil/salt/pepper); bring extras for longer stays. Pools and fireplaces (if applicable) follow local rules and seasonal availability. Pools only open and serviced between September & April school holidays. Fires only between April & September school holidays. Apartment/Complex common pools maintained by building management and may close without notice. Access details sent before 3pm on arrival day. Keys collected offsite—see check-in email. Lost keys and callouts incur charges. Property may have security cameras and noise monitors. Guest registration and ID required prior to arrival. Booking Verification

We operate similarly to hotels; however, since you will be utilising a self-check-in, we require these details digitally via a secure link. Please note that the property requires the following from the main booker ID verification documents within 48 hours after booking: a photo or scan of a valid photo ID that matches the credit card details used to book your reservation, along with a real-time selfie. Your information will be securely stored in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Please note that failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your reservation while upholding the cancellation policy.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required in the form of a pre-authorisation. This will be collected via a secure link to submit your credit card details. The deposit will not be physically charged unless damages or extra cleaning are reported by our team after check-out.

Cleaning Service

Please note that this property is not serviced like a hotel, and regular housekeeping, including daily cleaning and linen changes, is not included during your stay. However, if you would like to arrange for cleaning services, they are available upon request for an additional fee.

Basic Amenities

A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.

Noise and Party Policy

Parties or gatherings are not permitted at this property. Violation of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of any remaining funds or deposits.
