Black Cat Manor at B&W Estate will not disappoint. Access & Keys: This property offers self-check-in. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site. Noise & No-Party Policy: All properties are in residential areas with strict noise rules. Noise outside between 10 PM and 8 AM, parties, or large gatherings are prohibited. Violations may lead to eviction, bond forfeiture, and extra charges. Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control. Linen, Towels & Amenities: Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay. Booking Verification

We operate similarly to hotels; however, since you will be utilising a self-check-in, we require these details digitally via a secure link. Please note that the property requires the following from the main booker ID verification documents within 48 hours after booking: a photo or scan of a valid photo ID that matches the credit card details used to book your reservation, along with a real-time selfie. Your information will be securely stored in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Please note that failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your reservation while upholding the cancellation policy.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required in the form of a pre-authorisation. This will be collected via a secure link to submit your credit card details. The deposit will not be physically charged unless damages or extra cleaning are reported by our team after check-out.

Cleaning Service

Please note that this property is not serviced like a hotel, and regular housekeeping, including daily cleaning and linen changes, is not included during your stay. However, if you would like to arrange for cleaning services, they are available upon request for an additional fee.
