Blackwood Valley Suites is ideally located just a 5 minute drive from Balingup town centre, within Mullalyup, the northern gateway to the beautiful Blackwood River Valley. With 2 1/2 hours drive south from Perth CBD & Perth International Airport or 45 minutes drive east from Busselton Margaret River Airport, Blackwood Valley Suites is a perfect getaway destination or a convenient base to explore the greater South West region. Also within easy reach: South - Bridgetown 20 minutes, Manjimup 45 minutes, Pemberton 70 minutes. North - Donnybrook 20 minutes, Bunbury & Collie 45 minutes. West - Nannup 30 minutes, Busselton 50 minutes, Margaret River 70 minutes. Adults & teenagers only property: This property is not suitable for children aged 12 years or younger. Accommodation will only be provided to guests 13 years of age and above. Proof of age may be requested.

In-room fireplaces & outdoor firepit: In-room fireplaces are made available for use from 1st May until 31st October. Outdoor firepit use is subject to change & prohibited during the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup Restricted Burning Period, or on any day where the Fire Danger Forecast is classified as High or above, or if a Total Fire Ban has been declared.
