My husband and I are both retired. He was a Teacher and I was an early childhood educator. Hailed from Singapore, I worked in an international hotel chain for 15 years. And a qualified tourist guide with the Singapore Tourism Board before relocating to Tasmania. My passion for hospitality and food, takes me to this new venture.
