The home, sleeping 4-5 people, consists of 2 loft bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen/dining room, living area, plus outdoor terrace gardens. Nestled in a woody nook with commanding views over the Pacific, the mini mansion is fabulous for the dawn's rising sun or evening's full moons. Over 25 species of birds live in and around Bottletree Gardens along with wallabies, paddy melons, non stinging Australian native bees, and a travelling echidna. Whilst privacy of the mini mansion is maintained as it is located 300m from the main house on the 8 hectare property, there will always be someone available at the main house.
