A great getaway studio style bungalow for couples. Close to both Port Phillip Bay and ocean beaches, this bright and sunny space offers privacy and comfort. Located in the rear yard of our property, the studio includes a king size bed, ensuite and open plan living area with stove, sink, reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Bed linen, towels, some basic toiletries are included, as well as tea and coffee. Situated approximately 2km from both beaches and 8km from Peninsula Hot Springs. The comfortable king size bed is fitted with quality 1200 TC sheets, and quality towels are provided. Smart TV, DVD player, sofa bed, microwave, bar fridge, basic kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery are also provided. An outdoor deck is attached for relaxing outside. The studio bungalow is for guest exclusive use, as is the attached deck which overlooks the back yard, vegetable garden and rear of the main house. Please note quality linen and towels are provided at this property but if you use fake tan please bring your own sheets/tannsie to sleep in. No self/spray tanning or hair dying is allowed in our studio.

We are a couple who both work part-time and really enjoy living on the peninsula. Our family have grown up and we want to share our space with others who want to see what the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Bob enjoys fishing and his vegetable garden. Jane is passionate about dogs and is a qualified in dog behaviour and training and also enjoys photography. We reside on the property and there are three resident dogs that will be contained in front of property which is secured by a gate separating the two areas.

Our neighbourhood is a quiet residential area that is only a few minutes drive (or roughly a 30 minute walk) to both Blairgowrie and Rye townships. You will not hear traffic although you will hear all the regular neighborhood sounds. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in both towns, as well as gift shops and supermarkets. We are also midway between the bay and ocean beaches. There are walking and cycling paths along the main road which is about 12-15 minutes walk away and these lead to both Sorrento and Dromana.
