She manages the day-to-day operations of our holiday let portfolio with professionalism and care. • Gaye – Residential Property Manager Gaye brings dedication and expertise to the management of our long-term rental properties, ensuring tenants and owners receive attentive, professional service. Whether you’re planning your next holiday or need a reliable team to manage your investment property, you’re in excellent hands with Premium Realty. We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

The bedroom also has a large built-in wardrobe with lots of storage space for you to store all your belongings All linen will be provided for your stay including 1 bath towel, 1 beach towel per person. The main bathroom has a modern walk-in shower, along with a complimentary pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash for your stay Guests please note - A 30% Deposit is required within 3 days to secure the booking - Balance is due 40 days prior to arrival - No parties, smoking or pets .
