This elegant apartment boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, and stunning ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry provides you with all you need. Enjoy comfort with ducted heating/cooling throughout and a separate laundry. Centrally located, just a short stroll to the beach and popular Broadbeach shops and restaurants. Outdoor amenities include a heated lap pool, spa, sauna, gymnasium, and an outdoor BBQ area. Secure parking is also included. We welcome your furry friend to our property however the rules permit only 1 small dog under 10kg there is a charge per night to be paid directly to the host for hosting your pet at this property. We must receive payment and details including registration number of your pet on booking in order for your pet to be allowed into the property.
