Located at the serene and scenic Runaway Bay, Broadwater Shores Apartments offers comfy and spacious holiday apartments, where you can unwind, and simply take in the remarkable sights of the Gold Coast Broadwater. This complex has two buildings. The TOWER which sits beside the broadwater, has 2 lifts and a small ramp at the front entrance and the VILLA which is a 3 level walk up building located at the front of the property near the street. The Tower is wheelchair friendly. The Villa is our budget accommodation for the cost conscious and those who are not concerned that they won't have a water view. The Villa looks over our gardens and a pool. Guests in the Tower share exciting water views from varying different aspects but each has water views and many guests happily spend their time watching the activities on or around the water. Watch the fish leap out of the water for food, the pelicans, dolphins or people fishing or bringing in crab pots. Enjoy feeding the fish from our back wall. We are located 1.3kms away from the Super Sports Centre in Runaway Bay and Runaway Bay Shopping Village, a few kilometres from Harbour Town outlet shopping, cinemas and a wide range of restaurants/eateries. Close to several hotels, clubs, restaurants. Across the road from 2 local cafes for your early am coffee/lunches, La Piazza Restaurant on the corner, Gotham bar grill and restaurant across the street, and a 7-11 services station on the corner for your 24hr needs. Theme parks are approx. 20min drive away. Local bus stop is outside the complex. There is a small marina located to our left, great place to stretch the legs, check out the boats, fish or enjoy the parks either side of the high rise buildings which give direct access to the Broadwater. We have a full size tennis court and loan of rackets and balls free of charge for guests.
