Situated in Swansea, this cosy quiet lakeside cottage sits on grassy grounds with plenty of room for a boat. There is a boat ramp 200m down the street. The home is centrally located and a short walk to restaurants and shops. This beautifully presented 2 bedroom cottage sleeps up to 4 people. Both bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The main bedroom has a walk-through robe to the two-way bathroom. It is a lovely sunny home with bay windows in most room Bedroom 1- Queen bed Bedroom 2- Two Single beds The home has a spacious lounge room with air conditioning, recliner lounge, TV and DVD player. There is also a dining table to sit and enjoy a meal, and a BBQ on the veranda. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including fridge, microwave and cooktop. There are large grassed areas for the kids to play and also a set of swings on the property. There is direct access through a gate to the lake foreshore where you can fish, have a picnic, feed the birds or just have a quiet laze around and take in the beautiful view of the sunset or full moon across the water. Neighbourhood information

Swansea is town by the popular Lake Macquarie with a counrty feel. It offers great boating opportunities. It's situated between the lake and the sea, making it a great location for action and adventure activities such as powerboating, jet skiing and kayaking, or exploring the network of caves at Caves Beach. The Swansea Bridge is an opening bridge that stops traffic on the hour (subject to need) to let the boats in and out of Lake Macquarie to the sea. You will receive an SMS before your arrival with information on directions to your property and any other special information you may require during your stay. This is sent once the check-in form has been completed.
