Welcome to this Brownbill Street Unit! Consisting of 2 Queen Beds, 1 Bathroom with additional toilet. This unit would make a comfortable space for 2 couples or a family of 4. It is in a perfect location to the CBD of Geelong, The Waterfront and Botanical Gardens. Also a short walking distance to a café/shop strip on Garden Street. Absolutely NOT suitable for parties or gatherings of any type. We reserve the right to refuse a booking based on the guidelines set out by the property owner!

Neighbourhood information

A 15 min walk straight up to The Botanic Gardens, which incorporates beautiful garden walks, playgrounds, East Geelong golf course and Mercy Cafe and walking a bit further down to the views of the stunning Geelong Waterfront. A 5 min drive (15 min walk) into the CBD of Geelong offering all the delights of retail therapy, restaurants and bars.
