My home is 5 mins away from Sunshine Center which has fresh, affordable Asian, African, and Halal grocery options. My parents and I are full-time hosts and part-time farmers, which means that you are more than welcome to gather kale, parsley, spring onion, and lettuce from our garden to cook for yourself (no chemicals used, only water, fermented fruit/veggie scraps to grow those plants :D). And of course, we are located ~10 mins of walk to Sunshine Station, where you have access to public trains, buses, and Skybus going straight to the airport and vice versa.
Fun fact: I got bitten in the head by a German Shepard I enjoy meeting new people and introducing them to the area as well as everything or every location in Melbourne that I like going to see more than 2 times. I also love to spend time reading financial news in the morning, learning about your culture and language :D
For fresh, affordable fruits/veggies, you can check out 'Gasko's House of Fresh' (no advertisement for this shop as my mum and I usually buy greens there, and it is also 5mins of walking from our home :D)
