A separate TV room provides a quiet space for reading or for the kids to watch their shows. Enjoy a family tournament in the game room, complete with a full-sized pool table. Reverse-cycle air conditioning ensures year-round comfort. Stepping outside, the home offers multiple outdoor entertaining areas to enjoy. The undercover patio overlooks the vineyards, featuring a large dining table, BBQ, and outdoor seating under fairy lights, creating a magical evening ambiance. A second alfresco space is nestled within the gardens, complete with a traditional wood-fired pizza oven and a charming rustic dining setup. Gather here to enjoy a long lunch in the fresh country air, sip a glass of local wine as the sun sets, or gather around the fire pit in the winter months. The home accommodates up to 14 guests across six thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary bedroom is a private sanctuary with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Four additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while the sixth bedroom is fun for families, offering two sets of bunk beds. Two more bathrooms with dual sinks ensure convenience for a large group with one oval deep bath for a rejuvenating soak. With kangaroos grazing nearby and cattle roaming beyond the fence, Burton Farmhouse offers an authentic country retreat with all the comforts of home. Full laundry facilities and double garage parking are available. Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
