OVERLOOKS BEAUTIFUL SPRAWLING PARK. This character cottage is furnished and available for short-term rental. 3 Bedrooms • 1 Bathroom – sleeps 6 • Undercover Parking • Tree-lined street, a park across the road • Reverse cycle air conditioner • Built-in robe in main bedroom • Step outside to cottage style garden • Secure patio area with BBQ • Pet-friendly, the back garden is fully enclosed • Unlimited Wi-Fi. Frequently Asked Questions CHECK-IN: from 2 pm DEPARTURE TIME: 10 am sharp. (Unless prior arrangements have been made with the Owners.) KEYS: The keys are available from the key storage safe. ALARM: The house has a security alarm that is monitored by ADT. It is user-friendly. WIFI: House has unlimited WiFi. CLEANING: Due to the limited changeover time available between bookings, we must insist that you clean your dishes and put them away, leave the premises in a tidy state. LINEN: Your beds will be made up before your arrival. Blankets, doonas and pillows and towels are provided.
