My husband, Steve and own and manage houses as in Mandurah, Perth and South-West- "Special Stays". Ask us if we can help you with your accommodation for friends and family who may want to visit with you but need alternative accommodation. Property information

Wonderful waterfront property with magnificent views of the canals for watching resident dolphins and boats sail by as you sit on the deck with a glass of wine. With spacious living areas/ bedrooms and a dream kitchen there are two secure parking bays and your own private jetty to park the boat. This is the perfect place to kayak, crab and fish. Only minutes to the town's best beaches and iconic foreshore, cafes, playgrounds for the kids (even a skatepark nearby) and shopping precinct. Wow!

Neighbourhood information

This magnificent home is in Halls Head, overlooking the canals, very close to Mandurah's best beaches, the foreshore, restaurants, cafes and just around the corner from a wonderful skate and activity space for the kids. There is a golf course just minutes away, places to surf, cinemas and shops at your fingertips. Halls Head has many bike paths and places to take an easy stroll around the canals and beaches. Uber and public transport can be easily sourced.
