While all of our apartments are 3 bedrooms our rates are based on how many people are staying making it more affordable for couples and smaller groups. Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ, laundry, split system heating/cooling and a TV in the lounge area and master bedroom. All include a covered car parking space and access to a private boat jetty. Guests can stroll along the boardwalk and the peaceful gardens. Paynesville is known as the heart of the Gippsland Lakes. The canals offer a non-tida & protected boating haven. Gippsland Lakes activities include boating, sailing, fishing, visiting 90 mile beach, bike riding and water skiing.
