A Perfect Stay was created as a result of our highly successful holiday accommodation business, Byron Bay Holiday Rentals, which was founded in 2004 in the Byron Shire. Initially operating in and around the Byron Bay region, the demand for expansion into other areas became apparent and A Perfect Stay was born. A Perfect Stay currently manages an extensive range of elegant accommodation in many parts of Australia including; the Gold Coast and Brisbane in Queensland, Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, and Sydney, Byron Bay, Lennox Head, and Scotts Head in New South Wales. Modern, contemporary 3 bedroom house with pool, spa and just a few minutes walk to the beautiful North Beach. This beautiful villa has recently been purchased and restyled and is now open for bookings for our lovely guests. The property boasts a spacious downstairs living, dining and kitchen area with polished concrete floors and modern appliances. This space opens out onto a wonderful deck with pool and spa. Catalina's boasts NBN broadband and complimentary Netflix for your entertainment. Upstairs there is large deluxe master bedroom which offers 2 x king beds that can be split as singles. There is also a spacious ensuite complete with a stylish free-standing bath. There are a further two queen bedrooms upstairs and a 2nd bathroom. In the spacious converted garage there is also 3rd toilet/powder room. The location is in an area of Byron that is rapidly changing. North Beach is 3 km north of Byron's CBD, however is home to some of the regions newest and finest establishments. A short 2 min stroll will bring you to Habitat, a modern business precinct, which is home to the ever popular restaurant Barrio (as recently reviewed in Gourmet Traveller) and a fantastic range. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
