As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a tastefully decorated interior that combines coastal aesthetics with retro charm. The open-plan layout ensures everyone can stay connected while enjoying various activities. Comfortable lounges, a TV, and air conditioning throughout the villa guarantee a pleasant and enjoyable stay, no matter the season. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, stove oven, and a large fridge. You'll find all the necessary cookware, dining sets, and cutlery, making it convenient for preparing and enjoying meals at the 6-seater dining table. The villa features three bedrooms conveniently located at the front of the home, making it perfect for families or groups traveling with children. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and there is a shared bathroom among the bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in both Bed 1 and Bed 2, while Bed 3 offers a double sofa bed (not made up but linen will be provided) For your convenience, the laundry area is equipped with a large top loader washing machine and dryer. The fully enclosed rear yard boasts a covered patio, BBQ, and outdoor setting, allowing you to enjoy al fresco dining in a private and relaxed setting.
