Nestled at the end of Middle Boambee Valley, only 10 minutes from Sawtell Beach and 15 minutes from Coffs Harbour Central, you will find Cedarvale Cottage. This former banana farmers house has been transformed into a beautiful, well appointed, fully self contained cottage. With expansive landscaped gardens and large outdoor entertaining spaces, Cedarvale Cottage provides you with the perfect surrounds to enjoy the morning and afternoon sun whilst admiring the spectacular mountain and valley views.
The owners live locally and are easily accessible via phone.
Cedarvale Cottage is a 10 minute drive to the main street of Sawtell which is bustling with activity and trendy cafe’s and eateries and less than 15 minutes to the centre of Coffs Harbour.
Cedarvale Cottage is also in close proximity to a number of the regions major attractions such as the Big Banana (20 minutes), Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary (15 minutes), Dorrigo National Park (60 minutes), numerous world-class beaches, and the C.ex Coffs International Stadium (5 minutes).
