This 3 bedroom.house is the perfect place to stop and enjoy the Clarence valley and its major events including Jacaranda, July racing and many more. Room 1 has a queen size bed, leafy garden outlook, expansive walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Room 2 has a double bed and is furnished in a modern style. Room 3 if needed has a king single bed. Two spacious living areas are available for guests to relax in. One has a TV and DVD player with dVDs for guests to use. There are also two sunny dining areas to choose from. Outside sit among the lush 2 acres of garden to relax. Please note: -Children are not to be left unattended at the pool at any time. - there are two senior dogs (8 anr 13) who live onsite sometimes but will not have access to your house -a wifi dongle is provided to connect your devices. However bear in mind it is a semi- regional property so connection may be spotty at times! -There is also only airconditioning in the main living room. The bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Enjoy the privacy, tranquility and peacefulness of a charming country house set on 2 acres of lush gardens. There are no immediate neighbours so you can expect peace and quiet at all times. However it is only a 10 minute drive to amenities in South Grafton including supermarkets and 15 minutes to central Grafton. Guests will need a car to access the house. There is a little bridge to access the house. It is reinforced and holds car/van/ truck weight so don't panic to cross it!
