Nestled in a quiet street in Delacombe, is this spacious home to suit groups and families. It has a spacious open plan living area and three very comfortable size bedrooms two with built in robes and the main bedroom with an ensuite and walk through robe.
The internal open space living area leads to a large undercover outdoor entrtainment space.
A stones throw to the Delacombe Town Centre (shopping centre) and only 6 kms from Ballarat Central - an ideal location.
