Housekeeping is not provided during your stay, including towel refreshes, and please be aware that bedding configurations and furniture may vary slightly from the photos. Our office is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekends. — Key collection is from our office at Suite 54, Level 2 Retail Precinct, Circle on Cavill – 9 Ferny Ave, Surfers Paradise. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM until closing, with late check-in available, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The entire property is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were you own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.
