Located in front of the Monash Medical Centre and the new Monash Children's Hospital, this 2 bedroom unit is an ideal temporary residence for the patient's family. Nearby public transport and the shopping district make it a great stay for a medical professional or student at Monash. This property is entirely for hire and not a share facility. The bedding arrangement sleeps five people with one queen bed, one double bed and one single bed. Private courtyard with barbecue and outdoor table and chairs. Laundry with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. Fully equipped kitchen with cooking appliances, dishwasher and coffee machine. Bedroom linen and bathroom towels are provided. Car parking is available in the main driveway on the right side of the front fence as close to the brick wall as possible. The driveway in front of the garage is available for parking. There is no access inside the garage.
Host is only a phone call away and would quickly resolve any possible issues. He has been hosting since 2017 and has a strong track record in providing accommodation for guests.
