Nestled in the heart of Bondi, it is surrounded by premier retail spots, renowned cafes, and restaurants. Its prime location, vibrant atmosphere, and stunning views all contribute to an elevated Bondi Beach experience. The new window has been installed, but blinds have not been installed yet. However, they will be installed soon. We will update the listing once they are in place. Bondi is a wonderful place to stay, known for its lively atmosphere and ongoing improvements around the neighbourhood, including occasional upgrades to local walkways, streets, and surrounding properties. We’d like to share that there will be some light maintenance taking place on the stairs of the main house next to the studio.
