Bordered by gorgeous beaches, Buddina is one of the best suburbs on the Sunshine Coast. Aside from the breathtaking water views, the place offers a variety of restaurants, walkways, and parks. Most of these are dotted near the shoreline. The Point Cartwright Lighthouse, in particular, is a famous attraction at the northern point. There are also many community facilities within the expanse, including Kawana Surf Club, Kawana Library - Sunshine Coast Libraries, and Dog Off-Leash Area. Different shopping facilities surround the suburb as well, featuring Kawana Shoppingworld as the major shopping centre.
