The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and a split system air conditioner to keep things cool while you cook. Start your day at the compact built-in bar with stools for two—an ideal nook for breakfast or a casual bite. When it’s time to recharge, retreat to the two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and faces the parking area—while some daytime noise is expected, blackout blinds and comfy bedding help ensure a restful sleep. Stay productive in the study nook with a desk and ergonomic chair—perfect for remote work or planning your trip. The second bedroom includes a single bed, perfect for a child. Refresh in the bathroom, which features a rainfall shower and a washer—ideal for longer stays. Step outside to a small patio with seating for two—great for catching the morning sun. On warmer days, cool off in the shared outdoor pool (open November to April). Off-street driveway parking for one vehicle is just steps from your door. As part of a larger unit group, occasional noise from neighbours or foot traffic is to be expected. This minimalist home is best suited to two adults or a small family with one child, rather than three adults. If you’re after a beachside base with all the essentials and Henley Beach just across the road, this spot offers everything you need for a laid-back coastal stay.

You’ll be primely positioned staying across the road from Adelaide’s famous Henley Beach. Spend your mornings waking up with a dip in the crisp waters and strolling along the seemingly-endless coastline on your doorstep; and your afternoons with the locals having a pint and a parma at the trendy Henley Beach Hotel. Your unbeatable location also has you just 15 minutes’ walk from Henley Square, where you’ll find buzzing waterfront restaurants and overflowing bars with killer views. Another popular local pastime is visiting the Henley Beach Street Market on the last Sunday of each month. Head there between 10am and 3pm and find everything from arts and crafts and kids activities to DJ’s and quality food and drink.
