This apartment is just in the city heart, 7 minutes by walk to Cairns shopping centre, 10 minutes by walk to Esplanade, 5 minutes by walk to bus station. The whole building had freshly renovated in 2023 including wall painting, roof cleaning, yard renovations.
Most of these units had freshly renovated in 2023, including tiling, painting, furniture upgrading.
