The property is 10 acres which you are free to explore. The main house is 20 meters away from the guesthouse. You may see me feeding the chooks or pottering in the garden sometimes but mostly I am inside working in my home studio.
The closest towns are Mount Beauty which is a 20 minutes drive and Bright, a 40 minute drive.
It’s a peaceful and quiet area and sometimes you hear the neighbouring cows, our sheep and the Rooster crow!
The guesthouse water comes from a natural spring, above our dam and is feed to a tank which gravity feeds to the guesthouse. So pressure won't be what you're used to in the city. Enjoy our chemical free and self sustaining water source.
