Located within The Guesthouse on Regent BnB complex, our ground floor one-bedroom granny flat offers a cozy, self-contained retreat ideal for couples or a beachside weekend escape. The flat features a private, fully fenced paved courtyard equipped with outdoor seating, a dining table, fairy lights, and a secure area for pets and children. The accommodation includes a compact kitchen, perfect for preparing light meals, while being conveniently situated less than 980 meters from the beach, local restaurants, cafes, and shopping centres. Please note that smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. Due to the compact design, the bedroom bed is against the wall, which may not suit all guests. Pet Policy Our pet-friendly permit allows a maximum of two dogs. Dogs should not be left unattended for more than 30 minutes to prevent barking and safety concerns, as we have received neighbour complaints and are on a final warning from the local council. If you need to leave your dogs unattended for longer, please notify us in advance so we can arrange appropriate measures. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
