Cottage on Clare is a cozy little place, which from the outside doesn't look a million bux, but once inside, you should be pleasantly surprised. It boasts lots of light throughout the living area, which is an open plan, so everyone is included. The 3 bedrooms are good-sized, featuring 2 with queen beds and the other a bunk bed (single and double). The 2 main rooms have ceiling fans and the other an upright fan, main area has air conditioning. The bathroom is small but functional, as is the laundry, equipped with washing machine and dryer. The backyard is fully enclosed. The garage has an outdoor shower, table tennis table, and other outdoor games. Camping chairs and boogie boards for 7 guests maximum. I like to think that I've got everyone covered from inside the to out.

I love looking at buy, swap, and sell. And enjoy playing cards and board games.

Cottage on Clare is in a lovely quiet area in Batehaven. The neighbours are great and always happy to lend a hand and have a chat. The property is an easy 10, 15-minute walk to Corrigans Beach, where there is also a fabulous children's park. Batehaven shopping centre should have all your needs covered. Medical centre, dentist, chemist, newsagents, butchers, IGA, bakeries, takeaways, bottle shop, plus more. There is also a cycle shop that hires bikes. It's a great cycle/footpath into Batemans Bay. So, if you want to be close to the main town but far enough away still, this could be the place for you.
