Hosts also reside on site, we are available by phone txt or in person; while staying, we check with our guests how they would like their interaction to be with us. Guests have a use of a private courtyard and own entry into the property, you will have access to a beautiful deck with BBQ hot tub and amazing views, this area is a shared space with hosts, and we may cross paths, breakfast is a scrumptious assortment of breakfast goodies, on request at additional cost. we can also arrange a picnic hamper for a getaway lunch with minimum 3 hours' notice. the property does also host four legged children who are friendly but boisterous on first contact. they reside in the main section of the property, as well as chickens which provide fresh eggs each day. we have a large veggie garden and over 30 fruit trees, and we offer fresh seasonal fruit as available, we are located next to some of the most beautiful beaches and walking tracks, we have 2 kayaks and fishing gear on site for guests to use. the closest beach is Bounda Beach and is less than a 5-minute drive located almost directly across the road, in the evening relax in the cedar wood, magnesium hot tub with a cold beverage. or make use of one of the 3 fire pits and sit under the stars roasting some marshmallows, the freezer is always filled with fresh meat from the farm grab a BBQ pack and fire up the BBQ, If wanting a night out and you don't wish to drive let us know and we can arrange drop off and pick up at any of the local eateries or clubs. we have one main Queen size bedroom with ensuite as well as a sofa bed in the living area, if you have children, we do have an extra bedroom set up for a the little one, this falls under the booking options in rates for 3, if unsure reach out and we will assist you CASH IS KING, let us know when booking if you prefer to pay cash and we will reduce your fee
