Booking Verification

Please note, ID verification is required within 48 hours of booking with the following documents: a photo or scan of a valid photo ID matching the credit card used, along with a clear selfie. Your information will be securely stored under Australian privacy laws.

Early Check-in

Our standard check-in time is 3pm. To guarantee early access to the property, we suggest booking the night before, if available. An early check-in may be available from the night before at a small additional cost, subject to availability.

Late Check-out

Our standard check-out time is 10am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property, we suggest booking an additional night if available. A late check-out may be available from the night before at a small additional cost, subject to availability.

Baggage

For security reasons, we are unable to receive or keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out.

Cleaning Service

Please note that this property does not include regular housekeeping during your stay. If you would like to arrange for cleaning services, they are available upon request for an additional fee.
