Located near Launceston General Hospital (10min walk) and Coronation Park, it’s ideal for families, professionals and groups. It's central location means getting around the city is a breeze. Enjoy comfort and convenience during your stay! As you step into the home, you’ll be greeted by a light-filled, open-plan living area. The living room features cozy seating, a large TV, split system AC, and stylish touches that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the essentials to prepare delicious meals, boasting modern appliances and granite bench tops. Enjoy your morning coffee with our Delonghi coffee machine, or head outside to the sunny outdoor area for alfresco dining at the outdoor table, complete with a BBQ. The townhouse features three queen-size bedrooms, with your choice of pillows to ensure a restful night’s sleep. All bedrooms include full closets for ample storage, and the Master bedroom offers the added luxury of an ensuite bathroom. The main bathroom is equipped with a full bath and a separate toilet for added convenience. The heated flooring in both bathrooms is really the sprinkle on top.
