"Good location walk into town and could walk to sporting fields. Good to have fireplace and heating was ample with aircon and heaters also. House was very tidy and tastefully furnished. The host / owners were obviously house proud."

Whether you're visiting Mudgee with friends or family, Currawong Bungalow has everything needed for a comfortable and convenient base while you discover the region. Located on a leafy street, this beautifully renovated stay welcomes guests with a light-filled, open-plan layout. A modern, fully equipped kitchen and a six-seater table offer plenty of space to cook and enjoy meals at home, while in the cosy and inviting lounge area, guests can unwind on the sofa with some TV and enjoy the warmth of the indoor fireplace on cooler evenings. Make the most of the fresh country air on the spacious undercover deck, with a BBQ and six-seater setting providing a laidback alfresco dining area overlooking the grassy, pet-friendly backyard. Next to the garage, an outdoor fire pit is a perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms sleep six guests, with all three offering a queen-size bed, side tables and lamps. Before retiring from a day of sightseeing, enjoy a leisurely soak in the bathtub and make use of the reading material and board games available. Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, split system air-conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, secure parking for two cars on the premises and free street parking 24/7. The front bedrooms may experience some traffic noise due to the home's location.
