Great 23rd is a fabulously home, cosy and convenient location, on a large block with plenty of car space, walking distance to train station and local supermarket, restaurants and cafe. Only 25mins by train to city you will surely have a fantastic stay while you’re in Melbourne. This property has everything you could ask for.
