This three bedroom + study unit is equipped with the finest of furniture, appliances, TV, sound and modern technology. Special Features include a cocktail gaming/arcade machine to impress the kids whilst you take that well-earned time out to relax. This is a luxury retreat by the sea you will never want to leave. Sleeps eight in one x king size bed, one x queen size bed, two x single beds and a queen size sofa bed in the study/office area. Please supply your own personal and household items such as hair and body products, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, garbage bags etc. - Please note - this property has a $1,500 security deposit. Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy. Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
