This is a beautifully renovated beach house with spectacular views of the Coral Sea. The breathtaking colours of the ocean can be seen from all angles of the timber deck that offers something for everyone. Walk to town, markets and shops or enjoy some shopping. From the moment you walk through the front door into this spacious and tastefully furnished home, all of your worries will melt away. This home has two levels of luxury. On the first floor there is polished timber floorboards, an open plan living, dining and kitchen which opens up onto the expansive balcony. The kitchen features modern appliances, beautiful benches and room to create a masterpiece, perfect for the most aspiring chef. The master bedroom with ensuite is on the top level with a queen size bed, air conditioning, separate access directly onto the balcony as well as his and hers vanity. When walking through to the balcony you will be greeted by a full size pool table, an outdoor dining table and magnificent views. A full size laundry with washing machine and dryer is there for your use should you require. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms with a queen size bed in one room and a double bed with two singles in the other, both with air conditioning. There is also a large lounge area with a single bed should you require the extra room. A separate bathroom with bath / shower combo and toilet is also downstairs. Hayman Views is walking distance to town and has spectacular views of the Coral Sea.
