The modernised home provides a great fenced area for littlies or fur babies and offers 3 bedrooms. The main has a queen bed, the 2nd has a double bed, while the 3rd has 2 sets of single bunks, and a trundle. The updated living area consists of a modern host kitchen with dishwasher & microwave great bench space and load of amenities for your stay, it links to a dining area with glass doors giving access to the leafy rear yard and BBQ area. The comfy living area is on the other side of the kitchen and has a modern a lounge, tv, wifi & DVD and an open fireplace (wood NOT supplied) and R/C air conditioner - there is also a second tv in the main bedroom. The bathroom has a soaker bath and separate shower, vanity & toilet. The laundry has a front-loading washing machine and 2nd toilet. Dinghy's Rest has a lovely shaded back yard and bbq area which is securely enclosed for pets and littlies. LINEN: - BYO bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats & tea towels) - Linen hire available by prior arrangement (you can order as an extra when you place a booking) - Bedding: 1 queen bed with queen doona, 1 double bed with queen doona, 4 single beds with single doonas. CAN YOU BRING PETS: YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome but are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. FIREPLACE: Wood is NOT supplied, the service station sells bags for you to enjoy the open fireplace. *Your deposit or full payment is processed securely through this platform. Centrally located in between the main shopping promenade and Swan Bay - you can park the car in the garage and walk to most things! The bike track is close by - from here you can cycle into Point Lonsdale or further, while the cafes and restaurants are only a 5 minute stroll down the street. Ideally located for The Blues Train and the Queenscliff Music Festival which are also close by.
