Comfortable lounge and dining living, offering direct access to balcony dining, a gas Bbq, sea views and the night lights of Arthurs Seat. The kitchen has Fisher & Paycal electric hotplates and oven plus bay glimpses across the living room. Enjoy the comforts of split system heating and cooling, an open fire on cooler nights, and watch the ships on Port Phillip Bay through the telescope. Two bedrooms each featuring a double bed, built in robes, ceiling fans, and sea views from the first bedroom. The family bathroom offers a separate bath, shower and toilet. Enjoy a touch of coast and country on a secluded treed location with the beach just minutes away. Parking for 2 cars under the double carport. There is plenty of yard for your pooch to sniff around or alternatively the stunning foreshore walking track is 450 metres down the road. This property is patrolled by Coastcom security.
