Eleven - Great location in the heart of Jurien Bay! Welcome to Eleven which is located within walking distance to all amenities including the Memorial Park & beach, jetty, shops restaurants, the Golf Club, the Marina, Weld Park & the Turquoise Coast Walking Trail. This property has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Room to park a boat. The property has an enclosed back area with undercover patio entertaining area with table, chairs. It is pet friendly (pets outside only) but the gate and fences are only waist height. There is no access to the large backyard shed. Inside is a lovely home with all amenities. Full kitchen facilities, brand new leather lounges, TV, dining table and games to play. There are split A/C units in the main living area, bedroom 1 and bedroom 3. This property does have Wi-Fi. This property Sleeps 8, with 1 x Queen Bed, 2 x Double Beds and 2 x Single Beds. Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.
