Brand new Home in a peaceful area, fully furnished house with internal Loundary. Fully equipped Brand new kitchen with stainless steel Quality appliances. Situated in a quiet and peacful neighbourhood Walking distance to Podium Shopping Mall @ Oran Park. Close to |Narellan Shopping |Camden|Gregory Hills |Leppington |Harrington Park| Gledswood Hills. Perfectly located in between beautiful south coast beaches and Sydney iconic landmarks such as Sydney Harbour bridge and Sydnay Opera House. it offers the best of both World in terms of activites. You can enjoy peace and quiet of a farm like living while only 40 minutes away from Sydney CBD. Owner is always on standby if advise is requested on anything. Feel free to take a walk in fresh countryside and also an option of 30 minutes drive to the blue mountains or a train ride to Sydney CBD. 45 minutes drive to Sydney Airport. 10 minutes walk to newly built Splash park with all water activities and picnic area.
