Enjoy a thoughtfully-styled, peninsula retreat with polished timber floors, stunning contemporary furniture, coastal decor, and brand-new wall art. Upon entry, a sun-soaked front deck leads into a spacious and breezy main living area. A large and comfortable L-shaped couch frames a coffee table and faces an indoor gas fireplace and 70” TV. The wrap-around front deck also leads directly into the primary bedroom that features a plush queen bed, sleek furnishings and its own pristine ensuite. Walk through to find an open-plan space with a contemporary and well-lit kitchen, dining area and a second living area. Bench-top island seating for four centres an all-white kitchen with premium appliances including a gas cooktop, sleek oven, double sink, double-door fridge, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine. Or choose to cook out on the back deck using the Heston Blumenthal Gas BBQ. When you’ve whipped up a homemade meal, enjoy it on the chic indoor timber dining table for up to eight guests, or on the back deck that features a brand-new al fresco dining and lounge setting. Leave the back doors open and let the breeze roll into a stylish, second living area featuring another comfortable grey couch and a flat-screen HDTV. You’ll find three more bedrooms including a bright second bedroom that features two king singles, a third bedroom with a queen bed and built-in wardrobes, and a fourth bedroom sleeping three in a bunk and a pull-out bed, also offering a dedicated workspace with a monitor and ergonomic chair. The spacious main bathroom has a contemporary vanity with under-sink storage, a shower and a bathtub; while the laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer and sink area. Additional luxuries include secure parking for up to four cars, air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi. Popular in the summer months, this buzzing little seaside town is brimming with things to do. Join the Victorians in exploring some of the beauty the area has to offer including Arthur’s Seat lookout—a hilltop vista that offers one of the most amazing views over the peninsula and beyond—and Point Nepean National Park, where you can find endless coastal hiking and cycling trails. Nature lovers should enjoy the easy walk along the Blairgowrie cliffs for some stunning views over the coastline, or the Point Nepean Historic Walk for a little bit of history in a beautiful setting, before soaking up the sun at nearby Pearses Beach.
