Start your morning with a coffee on the balcony as you watch the sunrise over the estuary, or fire up the courtyard BBQ for a relaxed evening meal with a view. Enjoy year-round comfort with air conditioning and upstairs ceiling fans. The front courtyard is fully fenced with a lockable gate—ideal for children or added peace of mind. You're an easy stroll from Miami Plaza Shopping Centre, Cobblers Tavern, and the award-winning Miami Bakehouse Café. Step outside your back door onto a scenic walking and cycle path that winds along the estuary. It’s common to spot kangaroos and other native wildlife along the way, making it a beautiful place for a morning stroll or sunset ride. The estuary offers safe, calm-water fishing with no waves to contend with. You’ll find Herring, Sand Whiting, Bream, Cobbler (catfish), Taylor, Garfish, and the occasional bigger catch. The area is also famous for blue swimmer crabs, which are typically plentiful from late January to April. Surfers can take a quick 5 km drive to Avalon Point surf break, then enjoy coffee or brunch at the Falcon Bay Beach Café. You’re also conveniently located just 11 km from Mandurah, making it easy to explore the region’s restaurants, shops, and waterfront attractions.
