Welcome to our property! We have two unique apartments to choose from, each with its own charm and character. If you’re looking for a fun-filled family vacation, “Phoenix Oasis” is the perfect choice. This pet and children-friendly apartment comes with its own private pool, fire pit, and BBQ, making it the ideal spot for holiday fun in the sun. For those seeking a more tranquil escape, the “Rainforest Cottage” is a must-see. Nestled further down the garden, this deluxe bungalow offers absolute privacy and stunning rainforest views. Take a deep breath of the sea air, filtered through the lush greenery, and escape the world in this serene oasis. Both apartments are fully furnished, with a kitchen and laundry facilities, providing all the comforts of home. Although the “Rainforest Cottage” doesn’t have access to the pool unless you book both properties, it more than makes up for it with its unique features and breathtaking views. Please note that pets are welcome at the "Rainforest Cottage" Also, however there are no fences on the property. If you need to leave your pet at home, the balcony is the perfect spot for them to enjoy the fresh air. Our property is located just one street back from the beach, a short 5-minute walk down the hill. While we’re considered “out of town,” situated in the suburb of Lighthouse, we’re only a five-minute drive away from the hustle and bustle of town. My partner Alan and I have managed ski chalets in Austria, Canada and Spain. We are super friendly and only want you to have a relaxing private holiday so if there is anything you need like advice on the town or more wood for the fire pit, we are easily called upon via phonecall or text. We no longer greet guests, with key pick up instructions given upon check in notice on the morning of your arrival. We have Tilly, a beautiful Cocker Spaniel and a fluffy cat, Maddy. A welcome kit with guidance to the amenities and tourist ideas for the town is in the kitchen. This is your time to relax, unwind, have fun and enjoy the resort style living without the crowds. Welcome to our neighborhood! Our street is private, and traffic is limited to local residents only, so you’ll rarely hear or see any cars. We’re not beachfront, but we consider that a good thing. It makes our location more quiet and private, yet still within walking distance of the beach, which takes only 5 minutes. Please note that we’re situated on a hill. If you’re traveling with your furry friend, Lighthouse Beach is one of two dog-friendly beaches in the area. You can also visit the Cafe at Tacking Point Surf Club, which is one of the best in the region and also dog-friendly. Come stay with us and experience the peace and tranquility of our neighborhood!
